Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The Grid-Down Field Manual is a digital product (ebook). Access is delivered instantly after payment and cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit once the order is placed, including if you change your mind, did not read the product description, or do not use the ebook.

YOUR AGREEMENT AT CHECKOUT
By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital product, that you request immediate access to it, and that you accept this no-refund policy.

THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS
We will always fix these, because they are our responsibility:
- Download not received: if the email with your download link has not arrived within 24 hours (check your spam or promotions folder first), write to us and we will send it again.
- File that does not open: if your file is damaged or will not open, we will send you a new copy.
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, we will refund the duplicate charge.
To request any of these, email us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number.

CHARGEBACKS
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback for a digital product that was delivered goes against this policy. If one is opened, we will provide your card issuer with proof of purchase, your acceptance of these terms and the delivery and download records of your order, and your access to the ebook will be cancelled. Please contact us first: most problems are solved in one email.
